I used Hilltown Tech for Starlink Satellite installation. Kerwin and Ray were super nice and obviously experienced. They knew the upsides and downsides to any placement, they knew the optimal positioning, and they took care to install and wire the satellite without causing any damage. And it's working great! Excellent, honest service! My computer kept blacking out randomly and taking forever to restart. I thought I was looking at having to get a new computer. Kerwin was able to trouble shoot my issues remotely and fix my issue with just a new cord! We met the owner and operator, Kerwin, through his son's participation on our theatre group and that led to us asking him to help run our sound system for our major musical performances. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and so calm and personable! He instantly gained our trust, cast and crew alike. This, in turn, caused my husband and me to easily choose Kerwin to be the one to help us with his knowledge of helping us replace our old computer. When we described the size of our limited available space as well as our limited understanding of computers, he knew which computer would best fit our needs. He not only hand delivered and set it up for us, but he took the extra time to transfer all of our documents and photos for us, plus gave us the basic instructions that we needed to get us used to the new computer's features. He also offered to set it up so that if we have any concerns, all we have to do is call him, give him permission to connect with our computer from where he is in his office, and he'll talk us through the needed steps...in real time. My husband and I readily agreed to this arrangement without any hesitation, which isn't the kind of thing we normally feel comfortable doing! We highly recommend Kerwin to anyone!
